Qazi Jameel-ur-Rehman, who took immediate notice of the incident and ordered
SSP operations to arrest the accused. Islamabad police took immediate action
and arrested the accused Usman Mirza seen in the video within three four hours.

officials said that Usman Mirza and his accomplices Farhan and Ata-ur-Rehman
have been arrested and a case has been registered against them and further
legal action has been initiated against them.

police that Usman Mirza also threatened to make the video viral if he did not
bring money and the girl. According to police, the statement has been recorded
and investigation is underway.
The court
granted further four days physical remand to Usman Mirza and other accused in
the boy-girl violence case.

The District
and Sessions Court in Islamabad heard a case of torturing a boy and a girl
naked in E-11 area.
After the
two-day physical remand of the main accused Usman Mirza and other accused was completed,
the police produced them in the court of Judicial Magistrate Waqar Gondal.
Police
requested for further physical remand of the accused and said that the mobile
phones used in the incident were to be recovered from the possession of the
accused. Meanwhile, the counsel for the accused opposed the physical remand and
requested the court to conduct a judicial hearing.
The court
granted four-day physical remand to three accused, including Usman Mirza, and
handed them over to police for another four days. The Judicial Magistrate
directed the police to complete the investigation during the four-day physical
remand.

It should be
noted that the video of the torture of the accused went viral on which the
police arrested them. So far, four suspects have been arrested in the incident.
Prime Minister Imran Khan also took notice of the incident yesterday.
Investigating Officer Shafqat Mahmood appeared before the court with the
record. The accused's lawyer said that his client is a property dealer and the
incident is six months old.
